Comments: Because of the arthritic swelling of the second joints of the first and second fingers in my left hand, I could not close the space between the two fingers at the first joint for years. The "closed" space was 3/16" to 1/4". Since being on GHT Hydroxygen Plus and Silica Plus for 60 days and recently adding Daily Vita Plus and Major Minerals, the swelling has reduced, and my fingers will now close against each other. I guess the word about Silica Plus moving mineral deposits out of places they don't belong is FACT! Dean C.

Comments: I have had rheumatoid arthritis for over twenty years. I'm 45 years old. The doctors said it was incurable and for me to"learn to live with it". Comments: I have been on the Silica Plus for three months now. I was experiencing arthritis pain in my lower/upper jaw and in both of my ankles. I had been on all kinds of anti-inflammatory medications but they only masked the pain. Since I have been on Silica Plus, I have had NO PAIN. I can jump right out of bed in the morning without the pain in my ankles that had been there for years.
I love Silica Plus. It has helped me a great deal!

Comments: It took me several weeks to decide on trying Hydroxygen Plus, perhaps because of my nursing background. I've always been a skeptic when it comes to health food stores and each manufacturer saying their products are the best. You know, an aspirin is an aspirin. However, after I had been taking Hydroxygen Plus for two weeks, my husband also started to take it and accidently used what was left. This meant I had to go three days without it, and that's when I realized I had to sign up. The arthritis pain in my thumbs became much worse during that three-day period, and I started waking up in the middle of the night as I used to. Now that I'm taking it again, It's great going to bed early and sleeping untill five in the morning and feeling great when I get up. Thanks GHT :)
